Friday is where I deviated from the plan a bit. I was working from home in the morning and had taken the afternoon off as I wanted to check out a new restaurant for lunch. Knowing that I had planned a lazy weekend with my fiancé, I decided to do the Friday workout – NExA – first thing in the morning and the Saturday workout – Metasculpt II – in the afternoon.

Day Two brought Metasculpt I into my life, a total body weights workout that beasted my abs (already feeling a bit overworked from Pilates yesterday). I wore my Vibrams for this workout as I thought I could do with a bit of extra grip during some of the moves (and have not yet received any complaints about noise from downstairs neighbours) and got to use my dumbbells and kettlebell.
